About Alisa – For healthcare, by healthcare
We saw the challenges – and decided to do something about them.
Alisa was founded in 2023 by Kajsa Undin and Line Borgö, with a shared commitment to make daily work easier and safer for everyone working in healthcare and care.
Kajsa, a licensed physiotherapist and former medical device officer (MAR), had for many years seen how difficult it was to meet legal requirements and regulations – not due to unwillingness, but due to lack of proper tools. Healthcare staff lacked effective systems for managing medical devices, which created confusion and staff had to spend much time searching for documents and products.
Line, a computer engineer, had for a long time developed digital solutions for traceability and compliance in other industries. When Kajsa described daily life in healthcare, Line immediately realized how her experience could contribute – and the idea for Alisa took shape.

We know how complex daily work can be – and how important it is to feel confident that everything works as it should. With Alisa, healthcare staff get a clear overview, structure and support in their daily work. The system simplifies the management of medical devices, but also other important resources like emergency supplies, protective equipment and food.
We develop Alisa in close dialogue with those who actually use it – licensed staff, unit managers and medical officers – because we believe that the best solutions are created together.
Alisa makes it possible to spend more time on what really matters: providing good and safe care.

Together with licensed staff, unit managers, medical responsible nurses (MAS), medical device officers for rehabilitation (MAR) and usability experts we continue to develop the Alisa tool. We are proud to note that our customers testify that Alisa provides increased security and more time for care.
